FAQs

  • Advisor Open Hours is an opportunity for Australian-based driver-partners and delivery people using the Uber Driver app to register to chat directly one-on-one with a member of the Advisory Forums. Here they can help discuss what’s working well and what needs improvement on select topics regarding the experience on the Uber and Uber Eats platforms.

The idea is to give driver-partners and delivery people a safe and inclusive place to give honest feedback and collaborate to help make improvements to the Uber and Uber Eats platforms.

A member of the RPS team will also be on the call.

  • The information you discuss and share with Advisors in these Open Hours meetings will be used by the Uber and Uber Eats teams to inform how they do things. Each meeting will have a RPS team member present taking notes.

  • Yes, each person that registers for Open Hours has the freedom to select which Advisor they would like to talk to, pending availability.

This is the list of available Advisors.

  • The Advisors were selected from 1300+ submissions from driver-partners and 3,000+ submissions from delivery people to represent diverse voices of those driving with the Uber App and delivering with the Uber Eats app.

  • The current group of Advisors will fulfil their advisory role until at least the end of 2024. In the future, new Advisors may be selected. More information will be announced closer to that time.

  • The format of these meetings is casual but should be primarily about the topics selected by your Advisors. There will be some questions to help guide the discussion.

  • Meetings will be over the phone. Our moderators will call you up and connect you to your matched Advisor at the time of your booking. Each meeting will go for approximately 15 minutes so make sure you are prepared to take the call. Register to make a booking here.

  • The Advisor Open Hours meetings will begin in September and run for approximately three weeks. Keep an eye on your email and the Uber Driver app for more information.
