About Advisor Open Hours

Uber Australia established its first Advisory Forums in 2021. Made up of representatives from driver-partners and delivery people, the forums are designed as an opportunity for Advisors to help shape the future of driving with Uber and delivering with Uber Eats.

Chat directly with an Advisor

Advisor Open Hours is an opportunity for Australian-based driver-partners and delivery people using the Uber Driver app to register to chat directly with a member of the Advisory Forums. 

Here they can help discuss what’s working well and what needs improvement on select topics about the experience on the Uber and Uber Eats platforms. 

Advisor Open Hours is managed by RPS Group. A member of the RPS team will also be present on Open Hours calls.

Share your feedback on key areas

The topics for the upcoming forum are:

Driver-partners:

• Existing trip types (Reserve, Pool)

• Vehicle eligibility (Comfort, Comfort Electric, Green, Premier)

Delivery people:

• Communication from Uber to Delivery People

• Pick up and drop off experience

Please note that registrations are limited and will be allocated in the order of applications received. 

Driver-partners and delivery people are also limited to one Advisor Open Hours session per forum.

Other issues?

Advisors will not be able to resolve technical issues relating to the Uber Driver App. Please reach out to Uber Support via the Help Centre in the Uber Driver app for these purposes.
